I hold dual citizenship. My home is not only the United States, but the Male Chauvinist Pigdom. Come to think of it, they may be one and the same, since Washington is the capital of both.
I tell you this so you know, in case there is any question, that I am familiar with female objectivication ...personally familiar. I've had a lifetime of experience. But here's what I don't understand about Ashley and Eliot (Sounds like a TV sitcom doesn't it?): What in the God's name possessed him!!??

First of all from the female object point of view, Ms. Wall-Spitzer is a hell of a lot prettier than Ms. Dupre or whatever the hell her name is I don't have any idea about the private intricacies of the Spitzer's family life, but Silda is much sexier than "Kristen" If that's politically incorrect, so be it. She's also a lot smarter but right now I'm simply coming from the MCP.
Secondly, when has sex been worth thousands of dollars? Anonymous sex I mean. Paid sex. I am not claiming any moral high ground here, there is none in the MCP state-of mind. I think there's a lot that can be said about the one-night-stand, where at least the thrill-of-the-chase is involved. But hooking up with a, uh, hooker? What's the point? A 22-year old? Did you bed her or cradle her?
Why not spend a few bucks on one of those plastic dolls and give the rest to a deserving family whose home is about to be foreclosed?
Speaking of that, while I'm ranting: What also pisses me off is how Spitzer's implosion caused such a celebration among all the people he had been making miserable, the ones who are largely responsible for bringing our economy down.
Time and time again we witness the mighty falling, knocked out by their own gross stupidity. It doesn't matter what their ideology is. Apparently, many of them achieve their heights by successfully hiding their outsize flaws. Until they get caught.
I've waited this long to write about this because I've been trying to comprehend why someone would pay to risk everything just to get momentarily laid. Even after a lifetime in the Male Chauvinist Pigdom, it's hard to fathom.
